Alex Levine, participant, custom Leadership Development Program

As a result of Tess’ Leadership Development Program, there was an immediate impact in my work, I had resources across the company (my fellow HiPos), and I had new skills and insights to apply in my daily work and interactions. As a Manager of a high performing client service team and a recent graduate of American University’s Masters of Science in Organization Development, I am leading and (hopefully) inspiring the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and skills from CLIP. My hope is that maybe someday, I will be someone else’s Tess.
